At CM Fitness and Health, we are passionate about health, fitness, wellness and mindfulness. We have a specialised team that view the body from a completely holistic point of view.

We have an initial one on one consultation with each client to discover all areas of their health. We have a holistic overview of the relationship between mind and body and we work with our clients on an individualised program that covers the key areas of Wellness – nutrition, sleep, movement patterns, digestion, stress and mindfulness.

Our Pilates classes are available
one-on-one or in a small group environment. Our sessions are focused on not only on developing great core control, we emphasise in teaching our clients how to be centred and present throughout the session. Not just through their core but with developing the mind and body connection.

In our initial consultation with all our clients, we do a full assessment of their posture and gait. We conduct a plumb-line assessment and also, do a forward head posture analysis with our specialised tools. From here we design programs, exercises and stretches to improve and rectify any issues.

We love being outdoors and using nature and our beautiful local area to exercise. We run different outdoor sessions throughout the year from sand dunes, boxing, stair sessions, to fun boot camps.

Our Staff are passionate about health and well-being and living a balanced life to its full potential. Our goal is to teach and share all our knowledge and daily rituals and healthy habits to our clients so they have the confidence and knowledge to feel empowered on their health journey to continue these practices and enjoy the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle each and every day. Chris Mahoney
Business Owner & Manager

Chris has been working in the industry for over 12 years. He has an easy-going nature and a great enthusiasm for life, health and fitness. Chris has trained all types of clients in his career, and has a natural gift of helping his clients reach their full potential by giving them the confidence and self-belief to reach their goals. Chris’s empathetic and accepting personality, make him an ideal Holistic Health and Exercise Coach as he has a special gift of being able to immediately put all types of people at ease.
Chris specialises in holistic style of training, with an apt for giving clients exercises and programs that benefit them in all areas of their lives.
Chris continues to upskill himself and broaden his self-development by learning more on the correlation between the body and mind. Chris lives what he preaches, managing to find a balance with his work, family, fitness and friends. Chris is always learning and developing both physically and mentally. He challenges himself to always push outside his comfort zone and lives by the quote

Marnie Dauroff

Marnz fell in love with health and fitness in her 20s after growing up with a physical health condition through her teenage years. Marnie believes that living a holistic lifestyle has helped her physical and mental health in more ways than she or doctors ever believed would be possible.
Marnz has a passion for nutrition, fitness, Pilates, Holistic lifestyle and the balance of mindfulness and the body.
Marnz believes in CM Fitness’s core values and leads by example by adapting our core values into her family’s lifestyle, managing to balance children, family, work, fitness, self-development and friends.
Marnz has a positive and calm approach which immediately puts her clients at ease.
Marnz also has a strength in personalised exercise programs, with the ability to design a program that enables her clients to reach outside their comfort zone.
