All our packages have been designed by
fitness professional Chris Mahoney.
Each staff member has been taught how to effectively run and tailor each service to the clients needs. The packages listed below will help client reach their goals and enjoy the CM Fitness & Health experience!!!
After an initial assessment clients and guardians will assist in setting goals. Fitness programs will then be tailored to personal needs. Clients will take part in a variety of different exercises in a range of indoor and outdoor environments’ that make it enjoyable to train.

their needs.

Shopping list options for clients, carers and parents.

Groups range from 4-10 clients with safety our number one priority. Group sessions aim at burning calories, increasing joint/muscle strength and improving core strength. Sessions are structured with games and all about having fun while getting fit!

Programs are designed to improve client movement and overall flexibility by targeting strength
of joints and posture.
Strength work will include the use of thera bands and light massage therapy to help increase blood flow.

What this means is there will be a specific and thorough questionnaire that aims at working out clients daily patterns/routines.
The topics we cover include: Nutrition, Stress, Sleep, Digestion and Metabolic typing

A tailored service that has a range of different exercises based on the individual’s needs. After the initial consultation a trainer will design a safe and effective program that the client can perform at home, either with a carer or parent. This can help a client with independence and confidence
